Refund Policy

I want you to love your Bridal Fashion Journey with Bridal Fashion U. If a paid level isn't the right fit, here's how refunds work.

Free access

Freshman Lesson One, The Engagement Edit, and the Open Hall are free, so there's nothing to refund.

Paid levels: 7-day refund window

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase for any paid level, including Full Freshman Access and Sophomore. No questions asked.

The Sophomore offer includes Full Freshman Access, so one refund covers both.

After 7 days

After 7 days, purchases are final. By then you have access to lessons, downloads, and community spaces you can keep using.

I'll always make it right if you were charged twice by mistake, or if a technical problem keeps you from reaching what you paid for and I can't fix it.

How to ask for a refund

Email me at dk@thelovestylist.com from the email address you used to purchase. Include your name and the level you bought.

What happens next

I'll reply within 2 business days.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Once a refund is processed, your access to that level, its downloads, and its Bridal Hall spaces ends. Your free Open Hall access stays.
Badges earned during that level may be removed.

Live sessions

Live sessions, like The Practice Lab MasterClass, are included with Sophomore and aren't sold separately. If you miss one, the recording is posted for Sophomore students, so there's no separate refund.
